I go there every few weeks to return online orders. They're always friendly and helpful and always the same to others as well. My parcels have never had problems.

Rude staff. Always busy but no helping customers and just plain rude. I had to come back three times with children. Because they were extremely unhelpful!

Two older ladies just chatting the entire time instead of doing their jobs letting a queue build up. Terrible service.

THEY STEAL MONEY!!!! - I had £430 in cash to deposit however when I went to deposit it the money I accidentally said I have £420 to deposit. I am 100% confident I had £430. He puts the money in the money counter and I can see him write 10 on a separate notepad. He says it is £420 and deposited my money. I go back to the shop in 5 mins and he later lies saying there was only £420 and he did not show any proof or CCTV footage to back his case. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARTS I WOULD. AWFUL STEALING PEOPLE!
